Right then , this is the general plan. There may be a bit of tweeking down the line however we felt we better outline our plans as soon as possible as we have any number of friends to work in with
March 01-14th . London. The ballet, plays, concerts, pubs , restaurants, all the normal stuff
March 15 -17th. Dublin, to celebrate Johns official 60th plus kick it along in party central
  on  St Patricks Day
March 18- April 24th. Back in London for more of the same
April 25 - June 22nd. Off to central and southern France and staying in Bordeaux,
  Pechboutier (St Cyprien), Belvianes et Cavirac, Arles, La Garde Freinet, Saignon,
  Jausiers, Chateauneuf du Pape, Allegre and finally Fleurie.
  As an aside we have booked a two room unit at Le Chevrefeuille at Pechboutier for the
  two week period 28th April to 11th May, so if any of you guys are interested in free
  lodgings in the Dordogne during this period, just give us a ring
June 23 - July 02nd. Back to London to catch up with friends to both celebrate a joint 60th
  for both John and Colin Lowery on the 28th (that will be a biggie) followed by Julia's
  ladies day out on the 30th to celebrate her birthday (that will also be a real winner)
July 03 - 11th. Stockholm, Berlin and Amsterdam
July 12 - September 16th. Back in London for the Proms, the Olympics, the cricket  and
  a heap of other interesting stuff
September 17 - October 14. Linking up with our long time traveling friends John and Sue
  Cockcroft to explore Venice, Tuscany (well done Johno for securing a house swap), the
  Amalfi coast, Rome, then over to France and into Carcassonne, then onto a boat we have
  hired to cruise the Canal du Midi from Homps to Castelnaudary ( This will be  our third
  canal trip with the Cockcroft's. Its a great experience)
October 15 - 31st. Back in London for one final injection of pubs, restaurants and culture
  then its hello Heathrow and exit left for Godzone
