The last week in the Pyrenees

Chateau de Peyrepertuse. Blame the location on the Romans as they set up this location in year dot. The French obviously thought this to be a great location for a border control point, God know why. The Bee Gees would have loved this as a pho shoot location as the wind was fair screaming through our hair. Why punters locate a magnificent place like this atop a mountain in the middle of nowhere beats me. One things for sure, no one would be dropping in unannounced. The French wisely quit the place some hundreds of years back

Dan Browns play thing. Its small however , very impressive

Julia can sniff out local art a mile away. This time the exhibition was within the tower of Le Chateau d'Arques
